Prices and approval

Listed prices are starting prices and include labour and the call-out. Any parts or additional work are quoted after diagnosis and carried out only with your approval.

Warranty

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty. It does not cover faults caused by misuse, third-party intervention, power cuts or voltage surges.

Cancellation

A booking can be cancelled free of charge before the technician arrives. If the technician has arrived and diagnosed the fault, only the visit fee applies.

Liability

We are responsible for direct damage caused by our technicians’ error. We are not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption or spoiled stock.
