General questions
How fast can a technician reach me in Riyadh?
Inside Riyadh we aim to arrive within 60–90 minutes for emergencies and the same day for standard bookings. Districts far from the ring road may take slightly longer during peak summer.
Do you charge a visit fee if I do not approve the repair?
You pay only the diagnostic visit charge. If you approve the repair, that charge is deducted from the final invoice.
How often should an AC be cleaned in Riyadh?
Because of dust, every three months is ideal and twice a year is the minimum — once before summer and once after the dust season. Restaurants and ground-floor units need more frequent cleaning.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes — 90 days on workmanship. Spare parts carry the manufacturer warranty, which we hand over in writing with the invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer. VAT invoices are issued for companies on request.
Do you work at night and on weekends?
Yes, the emergency line runs 24/7 including Fridays and public holidays. A night surcharge applies after 10pm and is stated before dispatch.
Can you handle a whole building or compound?
Yes. We run annual maintenance contracts for villas, compounds, offices and restaurants with scheduled visits and a single point of contact.
Do your technicians speak Arabic and English?
Yes, our teams handle both, and the office can also assist in Urdu and Hindi.
AC repair & maintenance
My AC runs but does not cool. What is the usual cause?
In Riyadh the two most common causes are a refrigerant leak and coils choked with dust. Both show up immediately on a pressure test, which is the first thing our technician does. A capacitor or fan motor failure is the next most likely.
How long does an AC repair take?
Most repairs finish within 60 to 120 minutes on the same visit. Compressor replacement or a full rewire is scheduled for a second visit once you approve the parts quote.
Do you repair all AC brands?
Yes — including LG, Samsung, Daikin, Carrier, Gree, Midea, Zamil, Hisense and General. Original spare parts are sourced on request.
AC cleaning & gas refill
How often should I clean my AC in Riyadh?
Every three months is ideal because of dust, and twice a year is the minimum — once before summer starts and once after the dust season. Ground-floor units and kitchens need it more often.
Does gas refill fix cooling permanently?
Only if the leak is repaired first. A sealed system does not consume refrigerant, so a unit that needs refilling every season has a leak. We test and repair the leak before charging, otherwise the gas escapes again.
How much can cleaning save on my bill?
A badly fouled unit can draw noticeably more power than a clean one for the same cooling. Savings depend on unit age, size and how dirty it was — we record before and after readings so you can see the difference on your own unit.
Plumbing & leak detection
How do I know I have a hidden water leak?
Close every tap and appliance, then read the water meter twice an hour apart. If the number moved, water is escaping somewhere. Damp patches, bubbling paint and an unexplained bill increase are the other early signs.
Will you break the floor to find the leak?
No. Detection is done with acoustic equipment and thermal imaging first. We open only the exact spot above the failed joint, which is usually a small area we repair and re-tile afterwards.

Electrical works
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
There are three causes: overload (too many appliances on one circuit), short circuit (damaged wire or device) and earth leakage. They need different fixes, so the circuit is measured under load before anything is replaced.
Can you add new circuits without rewiring the whole villa?
Usually yes. If the main board has spare capacity we add a dedicated circuit for the new load. If it does not, upgrading the board is cheaper and safer than overloading the existing one.
Do you provide a safety report?
Yes. Every electrical job can be closed with a written inspection report listing the circuits tested, readings taken and parts replaced. Companies and property managers usually request it.
Painting & finishing
How is painting priced?
By square metre of wall surface, including preparation and two coats. Ceilings, crack treatment and premium paints are listed separately so the quote stays readable.
How long before I can use the room?
Water-based interior paint is touch dry within hours and the room is usable the same evening. Allow two to three days of ventilation before placing furniture against fresh walls.
Do you repair cracks before painting?
Yes, and it matters more than the paint brand. Hairline cracks are opened, filled and sealed; structural cracks are reported to you before work continues.
Annual maintenance contracts
What does the contract cover?
Scheduled labour, cleaning and inspection for the listed units, plus priority response. Spare parts are charged separately at contract rates and always quoted before fitting.
Is it worth it for a single apartment?
For one or two units, booking cleaning twice a year is usually enough. Contracts pay off from about four units, or wherever downtime costs money — restaurants, clinics and offices.
Can we pay quarterly?
Yes. Annual, quarterly and per-visit billing are available, with VAT invoices issued for companies.
