A breaker is a measuring instrument that disconnects when a limit is exceeded. It does not fail randomly, and replacing it almost never solves anything. The isolation test you can do safely
- Switch off every breaker in the board.
- Unplug everything on the affected circuit.
- Switch the main and the affected breaker back on. If it holds, the fault is in an appliance, not the wiring.
- Plug appliances back in one at a time, waiting a minute between each. The one that trips it is your fault.
- If it trips with nothing plugged in, the fault is in the fixed wiring — stop and call an electrician.
